How long does it take?
As we hand draw all of our characters, it takes on average 2-3 days for the digital drawing and 1 day with express delivery.
For physical products, once you are happy with your digital product, the printed item(s) shall be delivered to you within 3-7 days. For express shipping, the expected turnaround is 2-3 business days delivery from when you have confirmed that you are happy to move on to the next stage with the digital product.
How will I receive my product?
We will email you your digital drawing upon completion and we ensure 100% satisfaction meaning you can ask for changes until you are fully satisfied.
Does the price include my framed poster?
The price of the Simpsonate Me product is for the digital drawing only. You need to add a printed product from our options to your cart to have it printed.
How do I get this printed?
Once you add your Simpsonate Me order to your cart, you will be prompted with a pop-up to get your order printed. You can choose one of our print types from the products tab and add it to your cart. Once you confirm you are happy with the digital drawing, we will process your printed product. Alternatively, you can order the digital drawing on its own, and once it's done and you have reviewed it, you will be able to order by going to the products tab and choosing a product from our range of printed product options.
